💳 Manage Your Subscription

RoofingPro Pro subscriptions are managed through your device's app store. To cancel, change your plan, or request a refund:

iPhone / iPad: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → RoofingPro
Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → RoofingPro

Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain Pro access until then.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where is my data stored?

All your estimates, business info, customer details, and settings are stored locally on your device. Nothing is uploaded to our servers. If you uninstall the App, your data is deleted permanently.

Can I back up my saved quotes?

Currently, you can export individual quotes as PDF files and share them. We're working on a full data export/import feature for a future update.

Why don't my tax and profit settings show in estimates?

Make sure you've set your tax rate and profit margin in Settings. These apply automatically to every new estimate. If you updated the app recently, restart it to ensure the latest settings take effect.

The currency is showing wrong (USD instead of CAD)

Go to Settings and set your preferred currency manually. The App detects your locale on first launch, but you can always override it.

How do I save my default pricing?

After completing your first estimate, the App will prompt you to save your material choices and settings as defaults. You can also update defaults at any time from the Settings screen.

What's included in Pro vs Free?

The free tier lets you create estimates with full calculator access and save up to 3 quotes. RoofingPro Pro unlocks unlimited saved quotes, professional branded PDF generation, and priority support.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are processed by Apple or Google, not by us directly. You can request a refund through your app store account within their refund window (typically 48 hours for Apple, varies for Google).

The App crashed or something isn't working

Try these steps:

  • Force-close and reopen the App.
  • Make sure you're running the latest version from the App Store or Play Store.
  • Restart your device.
  • If the issue persists, email us at support@kostaapps.com with your device model, OS version, and a description of the problem.
